In support of providing safe accommodation options across South Africa, Forever Resorts have announced the launch of the #ForeverSafeStay programme in its phased response to accommodate business travellers.
As the country adjusts to new travel norms and expectations, we're enhancing the experience for all our valued guests by redefining cleanliness and supporting wellbeing throughout your stay. With our passion for service excellence and warm hospitality, we are expanding our #ForeverSafeStay commitment to consistently deliver these elevated standards, ensuring peace of mind when selecting any Forever Resorts property across South Africa.
The following updated protocol is mandatory according to Government regulations and must be adhered to when requesting accommodation for business purposes at our various properties during level 3.
Guests requiring accommodation must strictly comply with the following regulations and provide relevant documentation upon check-in at the property:
We are not permitted to check in any guests without valid documentation. We, therefore, request all guests travelling for business purposes to please take careful note of the required documentation and observe the safety and hygiene protocols at our properties upon arrival.
Health and safety is our primary concern and each of our properties has undertaken the #ForeverSafeStay pledge providing valued guests and staff with the assurance that we will continue to follow stringent operational processes to ensure a safe, professional and hygienic environment.
